Is it just me, or is 2019 the year of Gabrielle Union?
In a new series of Instagram photos posted Tuesday, Gabrielle—who is 46 years old, btw (!!!)—shared a shots of herself posing in a barely-there string bikini, and she looks amazing and fit, as per usual.
The photos, taken in Spétses, Greece, per the location tag, are of Gabrielle with her backside to the camera, looking coyly over her shoulder. “46,” reads the caption, along with “📸 by @dwyanewade as per the prenup.” (Gabrielle and her husband Dwyane Wade are currently on vacation for their #WadeWorldTour2019, per Instagram.)
Also notable: Gabrielle is wearing a super-cute bikini from Solid & Striped, worth just $158 for the set—and it was clearly a killer investment.

Sure, Gabrielle definitely has great genes to partially thank for her ah-mazing body, but she’s also made it clear that she works hard to look that good. She previously told Women’s Health that she works out early even though she’s “not a morning person.” So, she gets up and does Pilates, even though she’s kind of hating life when she does it.
“The great thing about Pilates is that I can take out my annoyance from waking up early on the machines instead of human beings,” she said. “It’s for the greater good. My body responds to it, and I’m also more clear.”
Gabrielle also said she needs to work out regularly to see results. “At my age, if I don’t work out for two weeks, it’s like I’ve never done anything, ever,” she said.
Of course, her fitness routine is only part of the “she just doesn’t age” puzzle. Gabrielle also practices amazing self-care. “I drink a lot of water, I don’t smoke, and I don’t have a hard life,” she said. “My best anti-aging tip is the ability to say ‘no, no, and hell, no.’ We run ourselves ragged saying yes to every freaking thing, whether it’s to our family, spouses, or careers. I sleep eight hours a day and don’t let myself stress out. A lot of people call it selfish, but I don’t have any wrinkles.”
Sounds like a self-care practice I can definitely get behind.
