Amanda Holden has shared a moving tribute to Caroline Flack on the one-year anniversary of her death.

Marking exactly one year since the TV presenter passed away, Amanda took to Instagram to share a sweet snap of the pair together at This Morning.

Revealing she thinks about the 40 year old “a lot”, Amanda wrote: "I think about this little one a lot. What she would be up to now and how she would be coping in this weird new world that changes every day. She is missed."

Echoing her thoughts, Strictly Come Dancing host Tess Daly commented beneath Amanda’s post: “Same xx”.

Love Island presenter Caroline won the 12th series of Strictly with her professional partner Pasha Kovalev back in 2014.

Other stars were also quick to comment on Amanda's beautiful post, with Louise Redknapp and Nicola McClean both posting love heart emojis.

Caroline tragically passed away on February 15 2020, with her death later being ruled a suicide.

Laura Whitmore led the tributes to the late star on the first anniversary of her death.

Laura replaced Caroline as the host of Love Island whilst she was awaiting trial for allegedly assaulting her boyfriend Lewis Burton.

Sharing a stunning tribute to her friend, Laura wrote to her 1.3 million followers on Instagram: "You've got to laugh a little, cry a little, until the clouds roll by a little."

The 35 year old, who is currently expecting her first child with husband Iain Stirling, also posted an image of her and Caroline playfully poking their tongues out as they partied at a festival.

Laura's husband Iain, 33, followed in her footsteps, also sharing gorgeous images of the pair laughing with his own 773,000 followers.

The Love Island voiceover wrote: "To my friend Caroline, thinking of you today. Miss you mate x"

Love Island themselves shared an image of Caroline alongside the text: "Remembering Caroline, 1979-2020, Always in our hearts" with their three million followers.

Stacey Solomon decided to repost Caroline's last message: "In a world where you can be anything, be kind," as she announced she was stepping away from social media for the day.

She added to her 4.1million followers: "Good morning. I'm putting my phone away for the day. Please never forget. You're so important and so loved and never alone."

She then linked to a number of mental health charities including Samaritans and Mind amongst many others.

TOWIE star Bobby Norris shared an image of himself alongside Caroline, Wes Nelson and Rose Matafeo as they appeared on Love Island: Aftersun.

He wrote: "A year ago today we sadly lost the beautiful Caroline. I hoped that after this tragedy the importance of being kind to each other would have been apparent."
