Danny Dyer has paid tribute to his “true and real” wife Joanne Mas in a heartfelt tribute he penned for her birthday.

Joanne and Danny first met as teenagers, but didn’t tie the knot until 2016.

The pair share three daughters together; Dani, 25, Sunni Jo, 14, and Arty Jose, eight.

Taking to Instagram to mark Joanne’s special day, Danny wrote: “Feliz cumpleanos to my Juana. You’re so true and real. You can drive me insane but In a world full of fake f**kers you always manage to shine. We’ve been bouncing through life together for over 30 years now.

“There’s been major highs and dark lows but when we’re faced with adversity we always manage to stand tall together. Thank you for being my absolute DAY ONE. Love you. Let’s March on for another 30 years.”

Danny shared a series of photographs of him and Joanna over the years alongside his gushy post.

The couple’s eldest daughter Dani also took to Instagram to wish Joanne a happy birthday.

Sharing a selfie of them both on her story, the 25 year old mother of one said: “Happy birthday to my beautiful mum @juanadyer. Thankyou for being the best mum I could ask for… hope you have the most special day”.

In a separate post on her story, Dani continued alongside a photo of Joanne holding Dani’s son Santiago: “The best nanny I could ask for… Santi loves you so so much, everything you do for us never goes un noticed."

The Dyer family have been a huge support for Dani following her split from Santigo’s dad, Sammy Kimmence, who’s currently in prison for fraud.

Speaking about how Dani was coping at the time Sammy’s 42 month sentence was given to him, a source told new!: “It’s been a hard week for Dani. She says it’s been one of the worst weeks of her life. The reality of what’s happened is starting to hit home now.

“It was all a bit of a blur for her but it has started to really kick in now that she’s facing life as a single mum.”

"Her family are so supportive and have been rallying round her – but that doesn’t replace having a partner by your side," they continued.

"She’s finding it tough. She’s a single mum and she now has to bring Santi up on her own – which is something she never thought would happen. The Dyers are a close-knit family and Dani hoped to have that with her own family.”
