Joanna Page expressed her hopes Gavin & Stacey will return to our screens for a comeback series.
The actress, who starred as Stacey in the comedy, was betting on the show returning after the hugely successful BBC Christmas special.
As hooked as viewers, the Welsh beauty confessed she would love to know whether Smithy would accept Nessa's proposal following the fall out of the shock cliffhanger.
Not only does Joanna want to know how the story could develop, she has pitched her own idea for a holiday special for the show.
The blonde bombshell admitted she has her sights set on Spain as the dream location for the gang.
However, Joanna could not confirm whether another series of Gavin & Stacey was definitely on the cards for fans at home.
She told The Sun : “If I had to put a bet on it I would say yes – but I have no idea if it is coming back.
"They should set it in Spain and we should be out there filming for at least a month, that's what I am putting forward – I want it to be set in Spain."
The comedy sitcom centres on the romance between Essex boy Gavin and Welsh girl Stacey as well as their extended families.
Since it’s first broadcast on British screens in 2007, the show has won a BAFTA and was awarded as Best TV Comedy Award by the British Comedy Awards in 2008.
The popular show, which ran across three seasons, came to an end at the start of 2010.
Gavin & Stacey fans waited almost 10 long years for their beloved characters to finally return for the one-off revival in December 2019.
The much-anticipated special saw 17.1 million viewers tune in to see what the cast have been up to in the last decade.
It was the most watched TV comedy episode for 17 years, according to the BBC .
And it was just as brilliant as fans had hoped.
Joanna was the latest of a number of cast members to speak out on Gavin & Stacey doing another series.
