Joanna Page expressed her hopes Gavin & Stacey will return to our screens for a comeback series.

The actress, who starred as Stacey in the comedy, was betting on the show returning after the hugely successful BBC Christmas special.

As hooked as viewers, the Welsh beauty confessed she would love to know whether Smithy would accept Nessa's proposal following the fall out of the shock cliffhanger.

Not only does Joanna want to know how the story could develop, she has pitched her own idea for a holiday special for the show.

The blonde bombshell admitted she has her sights set on Spain as the dream location for the gang.

However, Joanna could not confirm whether another series of Gavin & Stacey was definitely on the cards for fans at home.
