Ellie Brown has denied reports claiming she and her Ex On the Beach co-star Michael Griffiths are a couple.
Taking to Twitter, the 20 year old addressed rumours by commenting on a picture of herself and the 28 year old firefighter, saying: "This is not true… it’s literally just a pic from the villa we new would bang to promo the show.[sic]"
She also shared a video of herself telling her 1.2million Instagram followers that the picture is from five months ago as she said: "I just want to clear up that I do not have a boyfriend. I did not find The One. That picture is from five months ago, we've all got pictures together. I do not have a boyfriend."
It comes as The Sun reported that Michael Griffiths had said he and Ellie had formed a "good bond" while filming the show and he was "head over heels" for her.

He said: "Ellie and I did form a good bond on the show. The relationship we built was unbelievable. To have someone as amazing as her in my life means so much."
"I'm head over heels and I'm not letting go," he added.
The pair have since opened up on their split while speaking on the podcast The Reality Tea as Michael explained: "I don't want it to go anywhere because I know I’m gonna hurt [Ellie].
"And I don't want to lose the friendship that I've got with [her] because I adore Ellie, like I do."
Ellie added: "It's such a tough one, I don't even think we really understand it. I think it's more just that we hit the nail on the head before.
"Like you always said, you never go beyond that point because you didn't want me to get feelings or whatever and then I think when it did go beyond that point, that's when it got a bit messy. And it was kind of just like it had to be left."
Michael earlier told The Sun Online that he was worried about going on the show because he didn't want to be painted as the bad guy again after the public slammed him for the way he acted towards Amber on the hit ITV2 dating show.
During the 2019 series of Love Island, Michael was coupled up with the 22 year old Newcastle lass, but while she was away in Casa Amor, his head was turned by new islander Joanna Chimonides, 22, which left Amber single and devastated.
Speaking about his decision to sign up to Ex On the Beach, Michael said: "I was really hesitant about signing up to be honest.

"I didn't know if I was going to be painted out as the villain again or whether I would be able to change people’s perceptions of me.
"I couldn't make up my mind at first but in the end I really wanted to show viewers I wasn't the villain I'd be painted out to be. It was more motivation to show people that was me."
Michael, who recently came face-to-face with his ex Joanna , added: “The show has definitely been great for me."
