YOU don't need to spend a fortune on pricey products to get rid of grim stains from your mattress.
In fact, you can banish them with a few cheap ingredients you've probably already got at home.
Cleaning whizz and professional housekeeper Vanesa Amaro shared her clever trick to get any mattress looking as good as new.
Here's what you'll need:
- An old toothbrush
- Spray bottle
- Five drops of washing up liquid
- Two cups of water
- One cup of Hydrogen Peroxide
Start by adding each ingredient into the spray bottle, you can always rinse out an old bottle with a spray cap to use instead of buying a new one as well.

When the mixture is ready just spray a couple of times directly onto each stain and let the mixture sit for a moment.
