Unfortunately there is still a long way to go in terms of premium brands catering for bigger sizes, with them often being an afterthought or forgotten completely. Recently the high street has been embracing plus sizes with collections that are more attainable and inclusive of all sizes.

It’s definitely beginning to be a hot topic of conversation. Cosmopolitan made headlines last month with their ‘This Is Healthy’ cover for the February issue showcasing a range of diverse women on the cover including plus sized influencer Callie Thorpe.
