Fletch (Alex Walkinshaw) has been fighting cancer on Holby City and it’s left many wondering whether he’ll be able to pull through.

He’s had to decide who he thinks would make good caretakers for his children if he didn’t make it and eventually asked Jac (Rosie Marcel) and Sacha (Bob Barrett) to take on that responsibility should things take a turn for the worse.

Fletch then had to undergo surgery to remove the tumor on his prostate – surgery he hoped would be enough to put an end to this ordeal…

Is Fletch going to die?

It’s not yet known for sure if Fletch will pull through or not, which means Jac and Sacha might have some parenting to do after all.

Previously, Fletch had the surgery and it looked like the procedure was successful.

However, the nurse will take a turn for the worse in coming scenes, and there’s a chance his prognosis won’t be a good one.

While Fletch tried to keep his cancer a secret from his children, but he was forced to come clean to Evie when she overheard Ange (Dawn Steel) talking to her dad.

Will Evie be able to handle this extra weight on her shoulders? Will her dad survive this illness? You’ll have to tune in to find out…
