How Jason Biggs and Jenny Mollen will spend Christmas

Jason Biggs and wife Jenny Mollen showed their appreciation for healthcare workers by visiting Lenox Hill Hospital during Nurses Week.

The “American Pie” star addressed a group of nurses and thanked them for all their hard work during the COVID-19 pandemic and for treating his parents, who had unrelated illnesses in recent weeks.

“[The nurses] made my dad and me of course feel incredibly safe. I was here with my mom about three weeks ago for something else. My family is just breaking,” Biggs, 42, joked. “I’m sure I will be here very soon.”

Mollen also joked that nurses are the reasons patients get the best care.

“My dad is a doctor, and we always say, ‘If you want something done, ask a doctor. If you want something done right, ask a nurse,’” she joked to the audience full of nurses.

“So, I’m very grateful for all that you do.”

Mollen gave birth to her and the “Orange Is the New Black” actor’s second son, Lazlo Biggs, at Lenox Hill Hospital three years ago.

“We’ve been coming back for every single problem ever since,” Mollen, 41, explained. “Even if it’s an imaginary problem, we show up here and expect to be coddled and loved and treated like we’re family.”

Mollen previously revealed that she took her older son Sid to Lenox Hill’s downtown location when he fractured his skull.

“I am forever grateful to Lenox hill downtown and @nyphospital for their immediate response and aid,” she shared at the time. “Thank you to all of the nurses, neurologists, pediatricians, residents, cafeteria staff and brave women that keep the visitor‘s bathrooms clean.”
