ONE LUCKY renter could land luxury living in a sought-after location for £1,000 a month – but it's a little too good to be true.

The property sits in the heart of Wimbledon village just half a mile away from the iconic All England Tennis Club and even closer to Wimbledon station.

Although the future tenant will enjoy the flat's private patio, wall-mounted TV, and secure parking space, viewers have mocked the studio for being absolutely tiny.

Describing the flat as a "self contained pied-a-terre", the advert seriously sugarcoats the property's modest size.

The basic kitchenette with a microwave, kettle and fridge lines the wall right next to the bed.

Just a few steps further away, there's a bath in the living room which opens out through the backdoor to the patio garden.

Flat that’s so small you can cook from BED is for rent at staggering price

Tiny flat for eye-watering £1,200 a month – but kitchen is even worse

Lodgers will have to fork out an eye-watering £1,150 per month – or £265 per week – for the pokey pad's rent and bills.

It is being let by CHK Mountford and advertised via Rightmove.

The listing states that the miniscule apartment has been “designed to maximise the space available”, adding that the bathroom has “been cleverly designed to be fully hidden from view.”

But this appears just to be a shower curtain and folding wall divider.
