Sue and Noel Radford, who have 22 children together, feature on the Channel 5 programme 22 Kids and Counting. The reality show follows the couple as they go about their day-to-day lives. However, in the family’s latest post, the reality stars confirmed they were taking a break from the programme.

The couple took to the family’s Instagram account to inform their followers of the update.

Sue and Noel were all smiles in the photo, as they penned: “We just want to say a huge thank you for all the love and support you’ve shown throughout our series.

“We truly appreciate each and every comment and message we’ve received so thank you.

Paul Hughes wrote: “What an amazing family, lovely couple and kids don’t be off screens for to long enjoy your rest or is that a silly comment.” (sic)

User gaynorfaye said: “What am I going to to now? No Radford fix for the week!!!”

While thebonellfamily_ added: “That’s awesome. Well done and congrats on the new series. Enjoy the time off before the filming starts again. Love to everyone.”

In a recent episode of 22 Kids and Counting, the Radford family sparked outrage over their “tone-deaf” comments about the cost of living crisis.

After enjoying a family holiday in Florida, Noel and Sue complained about how much electricity they were using and how much it was costing them.

“It’s ridiculous, I’m sure I put £50 on that yesterday morning,” Sue fumed as the house was plunged into darkness.

“This is getting beyond a joke, it really is ridiculous.”

As Noel went to check their electricity meter, he explained: “We have a top-up thing which we like.

”It’s handy because you keep on top of your bills and you don’t run up a big bill.

“But it’s just getting crazy stupid, we feel like we’re down the shop every day topping up.”

However, viewers were left outraged by their complaints and took to social media to call out the family for their “tone-deaf” comments.
