ASHLEY Cain’s kindhearted fans and celebrity friends have raised an incredible £1.6 million for his daughter Azaylia.

The fundraiser was initially set up so Azaylia and her family could fly to Singapore and receive potentially life-saving treatment for her leukaemia.

However doctors have since  found  more tumours and have run out of options to save the eight-month-old, who is battling a rare form of the disease.

Azaylia has now come home as she tragically has just “days to live”.

The fundraiser has however reached the impressive figure, thanks to the likes of Molly-Mae Hague and Rio Ferdinand donating.

An emotional Ashley previously thanked everyone for their support, saying: "I am absolutely lost for words, I'm overwhelmed by the sheer amount of support that you guys have given us.

"People who have shared the post, people who have donated – honestly, the amount of kindness that you have shown, the amount that you don't even realise that you've helped us… It's just incredible.

"Me and my family are eternally grateful to you guys.”

Earlier this week Ashley and girlfriend Safiyya were told that doctors in Singapore would not be able to do the treatment as her disease is too rare, leaving them out of options.

He said through tears: "We had a scan yesterday and the results came back today that they found tumours in her stomach and spleen, her lungs and her kidneys as well as the tumours in her brain and the chemotherapy is not working.

"Her disease is that aggressive that nothing that they are doing, nothing is working.

"And then to make it worse, consultants got an email from Singapore and because Azaylia is one in a trillion – she literally is she's so special – but unfortunately so is her disease, so in Singapore they can't create what they need to treat her leukaemia."

He added: "For the last part of her life I just want to take her home. See her like a baby and give her the best rest of her life ever."
