Hurd plays Eve Simons. She was abandoned as an infant on the steps of a church 30 years ago on Christmas Eve. In the film, she embarks on a search to uncover the mystery of her birth. And she’ll enlist the help of her boyfriend Chris (Romeo Miller, Romeo!, Empire) and famed investigative genealogist Pamela Slaton (Juliana Harkavy, Arrow).

The movie is inspired by Slaton’s work, and she serves as an executive producer. Also, Hurd serves as a co-executive producer.
