FORMER Strictly pro James Jordan has vowed to lose weight after saying he's "borderline fat" at nearly 16 stone.

The dancer, 43, lost two stone ahead of Strictly The Real Full Monty where he stripped off to raise awareness around cancer.

But since the show aired last month he's put the weight back on and is tipping the scales at 100kg.

He wrote on Instagram tonight: "Right!!!! I need to sort out my s#!¥.

"2021 I gave up smoking after smoking for over 27 years
Now I feel I kind of have that under control I need to control the crap I put in my mouth."

Tempering expectations, James admitted he's unlikely get back to his Strictly prime from a decade ago.

He continued: "I want to become more healthy and exercise more regular like I used to.

"I will never get my old body back but to be honest I don’t really want to. When I was on Strictly for example I fluctuated between 72kg & 75kg and when I look back I was too small.

"I’m not too worried about how much I weigh but it’s a fact for my height and build 100kg is unhealthy and borderline fat."

Retired Olympic hurdler Colin Jackson reassured him: "You’ll do it.. back to 12stone."

Before getting his kit off for The Full Monty, dad-of-one James told us he was worried about how his todger would compare to the other stars, like troop leader Ashley Banjo.

It prompted him to Google how he could make his willy look bigger – and the answer was to lose weight.

He said: “I’m not young, I’m not looking like I did when I was on Strictly. I’ve been running and I’ve lost nearly two stone.

"I was quite conscious about getting my body out and people going, ‘Wasn’t that the guy who used to be on Strictly?’

"Also, and this is the honest truth, I’m with Colin Jackson, and Teddy Soares from Love Island — there was a moment on that show where they were all talking about how big he is — and then Ashley."
