Ferne McCann was in shock as her fiancé Lorri Haines, whom she is expecting a baby with, revealed he'd gotten a tattoo dedicated to her.
The 32 year old star squealed and threw her hands over her mouth as her beau entered the room and revealed his new inking.
The clip was shown in a preview of what is coming up on the rest of Ferne's series, First Time Mum.
The black detailed tattoo featured a Japanese floral design over Lorri''s left thigh.
Next to it, Lorri had had the word Ferne inked vertically, and he opted for a Japanese-style font to match.
The moment was a special one for the couple, as mum-of-one Ferne, who already has five year old daughter Sunday, gave her husband-to-be a massive hug.
Fresh from the artist's salon, Lorri grinned as he showed off his raw tattoo, which was covered in cling film and tape.
While the couple continue to stay strong and Ferne was grateful for all her hubby-to-be's support in the wake of the voice notes scandal, the star opened up on having had an incredible difficult time over the last few months.
One of the hardest things to deal with has been the loss of one of her closest friendship over the last 22 years, Billie Shepherd, 33.
The pair's bond was fractured after a series of voice notes Ferne had recorded speaking about Billie's sister Sam Faiers five years ago were leaked.
An anonymous account released the voice notes in an apparent bid to destroy Ferne's reputation, and the star has now gotten the police involved to try and stop the person from releasing any more.
In the first episode of First Time Mum's latest series, Ferne turns to old friend James "Arg" Argent for advice on how to cope with the trolling.
"I believe hurt people hurt people," she then reflected on her state of mind at the time of the voice notes. "For me to say something with so much venom… I think the place I was at, Sam had it all.
"She had a partner, a baby, and I didn't. I'm not condoning it, but I did say something really nasty about it.
"And it's affected my friendships, at the moment my friendship with Billie… It's been really hard," Ferne sobbed.
"To me that's the biggest loss out of it all," James replied sadly, as he asked his pal if she thought there was anything she could do to fix things with Billie.
"Yes and no. I understand the position she's in," Ferne considered. "I've tried to message her lots, but I get it. I'm very much mourning the loss of a 22-year friendship. It's hard.
"I massively regret it, but I'm unable to do a lot, apart from put my trust in the police. Try and patch things back together. It's just taken a massive hit," the star added.
While Ferne is still feeling incredibly emotional from the ordeal, she shared her light in the darkness as the show glimpsed her discovering she was pregnant with her second child, and telling friends and family the happy news.
