Phillip Schofield was left frustrated during Tuesday's Spin To Win as a This Morning caller failed to answer their simple question.
Schofield, 58, was in disbelief as the viewer suffered the epic fail despite a series of hints they gave to her.
The player from Sheffield had just won £1000, and was then in with the chance of winning a "bonus, money-can't-buy prize", which includes some iconic This Morning merchandise.
Phil said to her: "All you need to do is answer this question correctly.
"Later in the show we are going to be talking to a comedian who has just won Strictly Come Dancing. What's his name?"
She replied: "I don't know I haven't been watching the show because I'm working."
Phil and his co-star Rochelle Humes then gave the caller a series of clues that the answer was Bill Bailey.
After showing a picture of a comedian, Rochelle said: "It's like a very Christmassy drink…"
Phil then pretended to be reading his television bill, asking the player what he was holding in a bid to give her another hint.
They even told the viewer that the man's name rhymes with Phil and begins with B, but they still couldn't get it right.
The caller said: "I haven't got my TV on or anything sorry!"
An exasperated Phil shouted: "Bill Bailey! Say the words, Bill Bailey."
The player then said Bill Bailey's name in order to bag the prize.
Phil jokingly grabbed the chair beside him and slammed it down in faux frustration.
He then laughed as he told the caller "well done".
Viewers went into meltdown on Twitter as the watched the chaos unfold.
One said: "Gosh the woman on the phone who couldn't say Bill Bailey frustrated the heck out of me."
While another wrote: "They shouted out Bill Bailey and the caller was I like erm."
"Spin To Win is TV gold", added a third.
This Morning airs weekdays at 10am on ITV.
