Cameras rolled as Joe, who plays Steve Harrington, Maya, who plays Robin Buckley, Sadie, who portrays Maxine 'Max' Mayfield, and Gaten, who plays Dustin Henderson, exited the Family Video rental store.

Taking the lead, Joe could be seen wearing a striped T-shirt underneath a light blue jacket, which he paired with some blue jeans and his character's signature Nike shoes.

Walking behind him Sadie had a solemn face expression as she donned a blue T-shirt with an oversized shirt on top of blue jeans and maroon-coloured Vans.

Gaten donned a white cap with a light blue short-sleeved shirt on top of a red T-shirt and pair of chinos alongside white trainers.

And Maya followed close behind wearing a classy suit – complete with a checked shirt and tie, which was tucked into her high-waisted trousers.

Maya wore a blazer on top with the sleeves rolled up and completed the ensemble with some black converses.

Season three of the fan favourite show ended with Joyce Byers, who is played by Winona Ryder, moving out of the fictional town Hawkins for a fresh start with her two sons Jonathan, who is portrayed by Charlie Heaton, and Will, who is played by Noah Schnapp, as well as the newly orphaned Jane 'Eleven' Hopper, who is played by Millie Bobby Brown.

While initially fans were left gutted to see Police Chief Jim Hopper, who is portrayed by newly-wed David Habour, die at the end, a teaser for season four saw Hopper alive as he's held captive in by Russians at a labor camp.

Last month, David told Total Film: "We were always interested in that idea of the Gandalf resurrection – Gandalf the Grey who fights the Balrog and then becomes Gandalf the White.
