Break out your umbrellas, Denver, you’re in for a rainy Memorial Day weekend.

Gray skies, rain and cool temperatures will be seen across the Denver region Sunday and Monday, according to the National Weather Service at Boulder, which says there is a 90% chance of rain Sunday and a 70% chance of rain on Monday.

The spring showers might bring along a thunderstorm or two, as well as some gusty winds, according to the weather service, and temperatures will range between the mid-40s and the high-50s on both days.

Blue skies will return just in time for the start of the work week Tuesday, and temperatures will climb back into the 70s, according to the weather service.
