SERIAL killer Stephen Port bragged about having sex with a children's TV star and MPs in chilling letters from prison.

The "Grindr killer" was caged for life after drugging and murdering four men he met through dating sites.

His evil crimes are now being explored in BBC drama Four Lives with comic Stephen Merchant playing the monster.

While Port was on remand at Belmarsh Prison awaiting trial, he wrote a series of letters to pals bragging about his alleged past conquests.

The predator claimed he bedded a series of high-profile men for money – including a BBC presenter and MPs.

In one handwritten note, Port said: "I did have a couple of famous clients when I was escorting, but of course I can’t mention names, but they were generally MPs.

“I have slept with one famous guy who I met when I was on holiday.

“I best not mention his name lol but he used to be a BBC presenter…We dated for a few months.”

The killer chef claimed he ended the relationship with the man when he took a role elsewhere but said they "remained friends".

In another letter, Port also boasted about being a "celebrity" at the top security jail.

He said: “Everyone here has been all right with me.

“Just the normal questions if I did it or not etc and was asked a few times to sign a picture of me in the paper.

“I think I am the only celebrity on this wing, there’s no one I recognise from TV.”

Port whinged about missing some of his favourite movies – such as Star Wars and Transformers – but said he was able to watch Dr Who and Shaun the Sheep.

He begged friends to send him magazines and comics he could read in prison.

Port also told pals how he was looking forward to tucking into Christmas treats like mince pies and Jaffa Cakes over the festive period.

The fiend raped and killed four young men he met on Grindr after administering date rape drug GBH.

He then dumped their bodies near his home in Barking between 2014 and 2015.

Port was give a whole life murder in 2016 after being convicted of murdering Anthony Walgate, 23, Gabriel Kovari, 22, Daniel Whitworth, 21, and Jack Taylor, 25.

The brute was also found guilty of ralping three other men he drugged, ten counts of administering a substance with intent, and four sexual assaults.

Inquest jurors last month concluded police failings "probably" contributed to the deaths of Port's victims, all of whom were unlawfully killed.

The victim's families have blamed "homophobic" police for failing to link the deaths of the four young men.

Three-part series Four Lives focuses on their fight as they battled to uncover the truth.

As well as Merchant, the show also stars Sheridan Smith, who plays Anthony's mother Sarah Sak.
