LYNDON McLeod was named as the alleged suspect who killed five people in a spate of shootings that hit Denver and Lakewood, Colorado on Monday night.

Who were the Denver, Colorado shooting victims?

Alicia Cardenas

Alicia Cardenas was the owner of Sol Tribe Tattoo and Piercing.

The 44-year-old leaves behind a 12-year-old daughter.

Alyssa Gunn-Maldonado

Tattoo artist Alyssa Gunn-Maldonado, 35, was among those killed.

Her husband, Jimmy Maldonado was also shot in the chest and was rushed to a local hospital after sustaining multiple gunshot wounds to the chest.

His condition is unknown at this time.

Danny Scofield was a 38-year-old tattooist.

He was killed at Lucky 13 Tattoo in Lakewood, where he worked.

Dano Blair

Blair was also reportedly a member of the Denver metro tattoo community, working as a tattoo artist at Lucky 13 Tattoo and Piercing in Lakewood, according to the business’s website.

Sarah Steck

Sarah Steck was shot by McLeod when he went to the Hyatt Hotel.

The 28-year-old clerk died in hospital on Tuesday December 28.

Who is alleged Denver shooter Lyndon McLeod?

Denver authorities say that Lyndon McLeod is the suspect responsible for killing a number of people in a random shooting.

Authorities say, McLeod, 47, was “on the radar of law enforcement” but charges were not filed after the 2020 and 2021 investigations.

According to police, the gunman's reign of terror started at the Sol Tribe tattoo shop on Broadway.

There, the suspect allegedly opened fire shortly after 5pm.

After the Lakewood shooting, the gunman allegedly shot a clerk inside the Hyatt House hotel.

An officer was shot moments later as the suspect allegedly tried to flee. The injured cop was rushed to a local hospital.

McLeod was then shot and killed by a Lakewood Police Agent after McLeod shot her. The officer is expected to survive her injuries. 

Denver and Lakewood Police say McLeod exchanged fire with officers twice before and managed to escape both times.
