POLICE have arrested a woman on suspicion of murder after a man was stabbed to death today.

The victim, 21, was found with fatal knife wounds at a house on a residential road in Boston, Lincolnshire this afternoon.

Police were scrambled around 12.13pm after reports of a stabbing on Portland Street.

Emergency services medics battle to save the man, who had suffered serious knife wounds, but he died at the scene .

A woman in her 20s was arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in police custody.

Lincolnshire Police investigations are ongoing as the force launched a murder probe.

Detective Chief Inspector Richard Myszczyszyn from East Midlands Special Operations Unit said: “We are appealing for anyone with any information, no matter how small, to please come forward and get in touch with us.

"If you have any information that can assist with our investigation, please call 101 quoting incident 169 of today’s date.”
